1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
"Account" means your registered user account on our website
"Business Day" means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a UK public holiday
"Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession
"Content" means all text, images, data, and other materials on our website
"Customer," "you," "your" means the person who creates an account and/or places orders with us
"Force Majeure Event" means any event beyond our reasonable control (see Section 15)
"Goods" or "Products" means Disney pins, merchandise, and related items we source and sell
"Order" means your request to purchase Goods, confirmed by payment
"Services" means our personal shopping, sourcing, and reselling services
"Subscription" means recurring monthly services (detailed in Subscription Terms)
"Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time
"We," "us," "our" means Samra Global LTD trading as Samra's Pins
"Website" means www.samraspins.co.uk AND www.samraspins.com

References to "writing" include email
"Include" and "including" are not limiting

2. About Us and Our Services
2.1 Who We Are
We are Samra Global LTD, trading under the name Samra's Pins, a UK registered limited company.
2.2 Our Services
We provide personal shopping and merchandise reselling services for officially sold Disney goods. We source products primarily from Disneyland Paris and other official Disney retailers.
2.3 No Affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official retailer of The Walt Disney Company, Disneyland Paris, or any other brands whose products we source. We are an independent reseller.
2.4 Authenticity Guarantee
Items are sourced directly from:
Official Disney Parks (primarily Disneyland Paris)
Authorized Disney retailers
Official Disney channels
We guarantee authenticity only for items sourced through these official channels.
3. Account Registration and Use
3.1 Account Requirement
Due to our monthly consolidation shipping model, you must create an account to purchase from us. Guest checkout is not available.
3.2 Eligibility
To create an account and use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Provide accurate and complete information
Not be prohibited from receiving our Services under UK law or applicable international law
3.3 Account Creation
When creating an account, you must provide:
Full legal name
Valid email address
Delivery address
Billing address (if different)
Date of birth (for age verification and optional birthday promotions)
Phone number (for delivery purposes)
3.4 Account Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.5 Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You breach these Terms
You provide false or misleading information
You engage in fraudulent activity
You abuse our services or staff
We are required to do so by law
4. How to Order
4.1 Order Process
Our ordering system works as follows:
Step 1: Browse and Add to Order
Browse our shop for in-stock items
Submit requests for items not currently in stock
Place pre-orders for upcoming releases
Subscribe to monthly subscription services
Step 2: Items Added to Your Monthly Order
All purchases are consolidated into a monthly order
Your order remains "open" throughout the month
Items are added as you purchase them
Step 3: Order Cut-Off Date
Each month has a cut-off date (communicated via email)
Orders placed after the cut-off date roll over to the following month's order
Cut-off dates may vary based on our Disneyland Paris collection schedule
Step 4: Collection and Shipping
We collect all ordered items from Disneyland Paris
Items are shipped once per month after collection
Tracking information is provided upon dispatch
4.2 Product Availability
In-Stock Items:
Availability shown on the website at time of order
Subject to final availability confirmation
Pre-Orders and Requests:
Subject to availability at official retailers when we attempt to source
No guarantee of availability
Payment does not guarantee availability
Full refund if item cannot be sourced (see Section 6.4)
4.3 Order Acceptance
An order is not confirmed until:
You have paid in full, AND
We have sent you written confirmation (email) acknowledging your order
We reserve the right to:
Reject or cancel any order before or after confirmation
Refuse service to any customer
Limit quantities per customer
Cancel orders if we cannot source items
Order confirmation may take up to 10 Business Days.
4.4 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe products. However:
Descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes
Actual products may vary slightly (color, packaging variations by Disney)
Limited edition pins may have production variations
We are not liable for minor differences that do not affect authenticity
4.5 Product Requests
When submitting custom requests:
Provide complete and accurate item details
Include clear reference images
Specify any requirements (edition type, variant, etc.)
Requests are subject to our discretion and availability
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
What's Included:
Item cost (Disney retail price)
Our service fee
VAT (where applicable)
Additional Costs:
Shipping charges (added at checkout, unless you have free shipping benefits)
Any applicable customs duties or import fees (your responsibility)
5.2 Price Confirmation
Prices are confirmed at time of invoicing and payment. Once payment is received, prices are locked and will not change for that order.
5.3 Price Changes
For pre-existing stock and pre-orders:
Prices may change up until you complete payment
We reserve the right to adjust prices for market conditions
Significant price increases will be communicated before charging
5.4 Currency
All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
5.5 Payment Methods

5.6 Payment Terms
Full Payment Required:
Payment must be made in full before we source or reserve any items
No items will be purchased on your behalf until payment clears
For existing stock, payment required before items are allocated to your order
Payment Processing:
Card payments processed immediately via Stripe
PayPal payments processed immediately
Bank transfers (if applicable) - item sourcing delayed until payment clears
5.7 Failed Payments
If payment fails:
We are not responsible for holding stock
Items may be reallocated or become unavailable
You will be notified and given opportunity to retry payment
If payment fails for subscriptions, order will not be fulfilled (see Subscription Terms)
5.8 Taxes
VAT:
Included in prices for UK customers
EU/International customers: VAT handling depends on your location and order value
Import Duties:
Your responsibility for all non-UK deliveries
We are not liable for customs charges, delays, or seizures
6. Returns
6.1 Your Right to Return (UK/EU Distance Selling Regulations)
For UK/EU Consumers ONLY:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
This exclusion applies under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Pre-orders and requests are sourced specifically at your request from Disneyland Paris and therefore qualify as custom orders under this exemption.
How to Exercise Your Right:
Notify us in writing (email to mailbox@samraspins.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us
Goods must be in original condition, unused, with all packaging and tags
Refund:
We will refund the item cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
We may deduct outbound shipping costs (unless goods are faulty)
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds will only be provided after the item's inspection which may take up to 7 working days
Exceptions - You CANNOT return:
Goods that are personalized or made to your specifications
Sealed goods that have been unsealed (if applicable to future products)
Items that deteriorate quickly or are date-sensitive
Subscription boxes already dispatched (see Subscription Terms)
6.2 Cancellations
6.2.1 After We Source Request and Pre-Order Items
Requests and pre-orders are custom orders exempt from the 14-day cooling off period (see Section 6.1). Once items have been purchased on your behalf, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not permitted except:
If we send the wrong item (Section 8.2)
If the item has a confirmed manufacturer defect (Section 8.3)
If we are unable to source the item (Section 6.4)
At our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Your statutory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this section.
6.2.2 Cancellation of In-Stock Items
All sales of in-stock items are final once payment has been made. As in-stock items are allocated to your order immediately upon payment, cancellations are not permitted except:
If we send the wrong item (Section 8.2)
If the item has a confirmed manufacturer defect (Section 8.3)
At our discretion on a case-by-case basis
Your statutory consumer rights under UK/EU law are not affected by this section (see Section 6.1).
6.2.3 Duplicate Orders
If you believe you have accidentally placed a duplicate order, you must notify us in writing at mailbox@samraspins.co.uk within 48 hours of the duplicate payment being made.
If reported within this window and the duplicate item has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund the duplicate order in full to your original payment method within 14 Business Days.
Duplicate order requests made after 48 hours, or where the item has already been dispatched, will not be eligible for cancellation and your standard return rights under Section 6.1 will apply instead.
We reserve the right to determine at our discretion whether an order constitutes a genuine duplicate.
6.3 Order Modifications
Changes to orders (item swaps, quantity changes, address updates):
Before sourcing: Contact us immediately; we will accommodate if possible
After sourcing: Not permitted except in error cases
6.4 Unavailability After Payment
If we cannot source an item after you've paid:
Full refund for the unavailable item(s) within 14 Business Days
No substitutions without your explicit consent
You must place a new order/request for alternative items
7. Shipping and Delivery
7.1 Shipping Schedule
Monthly Consolidated Shipping:
All orders collected from Disneyland Paris on a scheduled monthly trip (1-3 times per month)
Orders shipped once per month after collection
Cut-off dates communicated via email monthly
Dispatch Timeline:
We aim to dispatch within 7 Business Days after final collection cut off
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
Updates provided if significant delays occur
7.2 Shipping Methods
All shipments sent via tracked courier services
Tracking numbers provided via email upon dispatch
Signature may be required for delivery
7.3 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated Delivery Times (from point of payment):
UK: Up to 90 days
EU: Up to 90 days
USA/International: Up to 90 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on:
Our monthly collection schedule
Postal service processing times
Customs clearance (international orders)
Force majeure events
7.4 Shipping Costs
UK Addresses:
Standard shipping rate calculated at checkout
Free shipping for Princess and Royal tier subscribers (see Subscription Terms)
International Addresses:
Shipping rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Free shipping benefits apply only to UK addresses
7.5 Customs and Import Duties
Your Responsibility:
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees for non-UK deliveries
Customs clearance delays
Any costs incurred if package is refused or returned due to customs issues
We Are Not Liable For:
Customs delays, fees, or seizures
Packages refused by customs authorities
Additional charges imposed by your country
7.6 Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If courier cannot deliver, they will leave a notification
You must arrange redelivery or collection
Items returned to sender due to failed delivery may incur additional shipping fees
Incorrect Address:
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address
Address corrections after dispatch may incur additional fees
7.7 Risk and Title
Risk Transfer:
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
Once tracking shows "delivered," risk transfers even if you haven't physically collected the item
Title Transfer:
Legal ownership passes to you upon full payment
We retain security interest until payment clears
8. Returns and Refunds
8.1 Consumer Right of Return (UK/EU Only)
See Section 6.1 for your 14-day consumer cancellation rights.
8.2 Our Error (Wrong Item Sent)
If we send the wrong item:
Your Obligations:
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo evidence
Return item within 5 days of our return request
Item must be in brand-new, unused condition with all packaging
Our Obligations:
For items over £30: We provide free return postage label
For items under £30: You may be responsible for return shipping costs
Once we verify returned item is unused and undamaged: full refund or exchange (your choice)
Risk During Return:
If item is lost or damaged in return transit (items over £30): We may retain refund partially or in full at our discretion
If item is lost or damaged in return transit (items under £30): Loss is yours if you arranged return shipping
Exchange Instead of Refund:
We will send the correct item at no additional charge
Subject to availability and if wrong item sent is returned.
8.3 Faulty or Defective Items
If an item has a manufacturer defect:
Your Obligations:
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photo/video evidence showing the defect
Provide detailed description of the issue
Our Assessment:
We will review evidence to determine if defect is manufacturer issue vs. damage in transit vs. user damage
Manufacturer defects: You have the right to choose a replacement or refund. If your chosen remedy is unavailable, the alternative will be offered automatically.
Damage in transit: See Section 8.4
User damage: No refund
Examples of Manufacturer Defects:
Pin backing loose or broken (if not due to use)
Printing errors on pin face
Paint defects from production
Not Manufacturer Defects:
Minor variations in production (common for limited edition pins)
Slight colour differences from photos
Normal wear from display packaging
8.4 Damage in Transit
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, the following applies:
Your Obligations:
Report within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos of the damaged item AND packaging
Retain all packaging materials as these may be required for any courier claim
Our Obligations:
Where goods arrive damaged, you are entitled to either a replacement or full refund at your choice, subject to:
Photographic evidence confirming the damage occurred in transit and not after delivery
The item being reported within the 48 hour window above
We will pursue reimbursement from the courier on our own behalf separately. This process does not affect or delay your right to a refund or replacement.
Courier Claims:
We will file a claim with the courier service where appropriate. Any reimbursement recovered from the courier is retained by us as we will have already remedied your order.
8.5 Delays and Delivery Timeline
No Refunds for Delays:
Delivery time frames are estimates, not guarantees
We are not liable for postal or customs delays
No refunds or compensation for late delivery unless exceeding 90 days by 30+ additional days
8.6 Change of Mind
Except for your 14-day consumer right of return (UK/EU consumers, Section 6.1):
No refunds for change of mind
All sales are final once items are sourced
8.7 Refund Processing
Timeline:
Approved refunds processed within 14 Business Days of approval
Payment returned to original payment method
Refund Amount:
Item cost as shown on original invoice
Shipping costs refunded only if item was faulty or we made an error
Any coupon/discount deducted from refund if item refunded individually from multi-item order
8.8 Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for:
Wrong item sent by us
Faulty/defective items (at our discretion)
Exchanges subject to availability. If unavailable, refund issued instead.
9. Liability and Limitations
9.1 What We Are Responsible For
We are responsible for:
Providing services with reasonable care and skill
Accurately describing items at time of listing
Sourcing authentic items
Processing orders and payments correctly
Providing working products free from defects
9.2 What We Are NOT Responsible For
After Items Are Dispatched: Once tracking shows "handed to courier," we are not liable for:
Delays in delivery
Damage during shipping (limited to courier reimbursement)
Loss of packages (limited to courier reimbursement)
Customs delays, seizures, or fees
Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Disney Product Variations:
Minor production variations inherent to Disney manufacturing
Colour variations between promotional images and actual products (Disney's photos, not ours)
Changes to product design by Disney between announcement and release
Availability changes due to Disney stock levels
Third-Party Actions:
Payment processor failures or delays
Courier service failures beyond our control
Disney Parks stock availability
Customs authority decisions
Your Actions:
Incorrect address provided
Failure to collect package from courier
Refusal of package
Loss or damage after delivery
9.3 Limitation of Liability (Maximum Amounts)
To the Extent Permitted by Law:
Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from a single order is limited to the value of that order (i.e., the amount you paid for the items on the invoice).
This limitation applies to all causes of action, including:
Breach of contract
Negligence
Misrepresentation
Any other tort or legal theory
9.4 Excluded Liability
We DO NOT Exclude or Limit Liability For:
Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law
9.5 Consumer Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK/EU law, including:
Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK)
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK)
EU Consumer Rights Directive (for EU customers)
These Terms do not reduce your legal rights. Our liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9.6 Business Customers
If you are purchasing as a business (not a consumer):
Stricter limitations may apply
You acknowledge you are not relying on any statement not explicitly included in these Terms
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Disney Trademarks
All Disney-related trademarks, logos, and characters are the property of The Walt Disney Company. We do not claim any ownership or affiliation.
10.2 Our Website Content
Our website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or republish website content without permission
Use our branding, logos, or materials for commercial purposes
Scrape data from our website using automated tools
10.3 Product Images
Product images may be sourced from Disney promotional materials (used for identification purposes only)
Our own photography is copyrighted
You may not use images from our website for resale or commercial purposes
10.4 User Content
If you submit content to us (reviews, photos, testimonials):
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content
You confirm you own the content or have permission to share it
We may edit or remove content at our discretion

13. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use our services or website for:

14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution

14.2 UK Consumers - Alternative Dispute Resolution
UK/EU consumers can access Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR):

ADR is voluntary, and we will consider participation on a case-by-case basis.
14.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.4 Jurisdiction
For Consumers:
You may bring claims in your local courts (UK, EU, or other jurisdiction)
We will only bring claims against you in your local courts
For Businesses:
Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
15. Force Majeure
15.1 Definition
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake)
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
Strikes, labor disputes
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Supplier failures
Telecommunications or internet failures
Disney Parks closures or restricted access
15.2 Effect
During a Force Majeure Event:
Our performance obligations are suspended
We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible
Timelines are extended by the duration of the event
No liability for delays or non-performance during this period
15.3 Cancellation
If a Force Majeure Event lasts more than 60 days, either party may cancel affected orders. Refunds for items not yet sourced will be processed within 14 Business Days.
16. Changes to Terms
16.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
16.2 Notification
Material Changes:
30 days' notice via email and prominent website notice
Changes take effect after notice period
Minor Changes:
Updated "Last Updated" date
Posted on website
16.3 Acceptance
Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with Privacy Policy, Marketing Policy, and Subscription Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.
17.2 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
17.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
17.4 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time (e.g., in case of business sale)
17.5 No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
17.6 Third-Party Rights
No third party has any right to enforce any provision of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
17.7 Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive termination of these Terms.
