Terms and Conditions - Subscriptions

Important Notice

These Subscription Terms apply to all subscription-based services offered by Samra’s Pins (Samra Global LTD). These terms are supplementary to and should be read together with our General Terms and Conditions.

In case of conflict between these Subscription Terms and the General Terms, these Subscription Terms take precedence for subscription-related matters.

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 What These Terms Cover

These Subscription Terms govern:

- Mystery Pin Subscriptions (Pixie, Princess, Royal tiers)

- Open Edition Full Release Subscription

- Any future subscription services we may introduce

1.2 Agreement to Subscribe

By subscribing to any of our subscription services, you:

- Acknowledge you have read and understood these Subscription Terms

- Agree to be bound by these terms and our General Terms & Conditions

- Authorize recurring monthly payments

- Confirm you are at least 18 years of age

1.3 Definitions

- "Billing Date" - The date each month when your subscription payment is automatically charged

- "Cut-Off Date" - The deadline each month before which you must opt out to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle

- "Subscription Period" - A monthly period from one billing date to the next

- "Opt-Out" - Your written request to skip or cancel the next billing cycle

1.4 Understanding the Custom Order Basis of Subscriptions

All subscription items are custom orders.

- Items are sourced specifically for you

- We do not hold general stock - items are acquired based on active subscriptions

- Once payment processes, we immediately begin sourcing your items - Items cannot be returned to Disney Parks (Disney's policy, not ours)

- This is why subscriptions are non-refundable after payment

Your Protections:

- You can opt out BEFORE billing to avoid being charged

- You retain full consumer rights for faulty or incorrect items

- Items are guaranteed authentic from official Disney sources

- You can cancel subscription permanently at any time before next billing

2. Mystery Pin Subscriptions

2.1 Overview

Mystery Pin Subscriptions provide a surprise Disney pin each month. We offer three tiers with different pin types and benefits.

2.2 Tier Details

PIXIE TIER - £10/month + Postage

What's Included:

- 1 random Disney official open edition mystery pin per month

- Pin value typically £6-15

Shipping:

- Standard UK postage rates apply

- International postage rates calculated at checkout based on destination

- No Additional Benefits

PRINCESS TIER - £15/month (Free UK Shipping Included)

What's Included:

- 1 random Disney official open edition mystery pin per month

- Higher value pin than Pixie Tier (typically £10-20)

- Free postage to UK addresses

Shipping:

- UK addresses: FREE on entire month's order (including non-subscription items ordered in the same month)

- Non-UK addresses (including USA, EU, rest of world): Standard international postage rates apply

Additional Benefits:

- Free UK shipping applies to your entire monthly order, not just the subscription pin

- Can combine with other purchases for free UK shipping

ROYAL TIER - £30/month (Free UK Shipping + Discount Code)

What's Included:

- 1 random Disney official limited edition mystery pin per month

- Pin value typically £20-50

- Free postage to UK addresses

- Monthly website discount code valid on full-priced items

Shipping:

- UK addresses: FREE on entire month's order (including non-subscription items ordered in the same month)

- Non-UK addresses (including USA, EU, rest of world): Standard international postage rates apply

Discount Code:

- Percentage or fixed amount (communicated monthly)

- Valid on full-priced items only

- Cannot be combined with other discount codes

- Exclusions apply at our discretion (see Section 2.3)

- Valid for the calendar month in which it's issued

- Code sent via email after billing

Additional Benefits:

- Free UK shipping applies to your entire monthly order, not just the subscription pin

- Priority consideration for special releases and pre-orders (at our discretion)

2.3 Discount Code Exclusions

The Royal Tier discount code may exclude:

- Items already on sale or discounted

- Subscription fees themselves

- Pre-order items (at our discretion)

- Limited releases (at our discretion)

- Specific high-demand items (at our discretion)

We reserve the right to: Modify excluded items at any time without advance notice; Add or remove exclusions based on product availability and demand; Exclude entire categories if necessary. Current exclusions will be listed on each individual product listing.

2.4 Pin Selection and Sourcing

Randomness: Pins are selected at our discretion. You cannot choose or request specific pins for mystery subscriptions. We aim to avoid sending duplicates to active subscribers, but cannot guarantee this.

Authenticity: All pins sourced from official Disney Parks or authorized retailers. Authenticity guaranteed.

Global Sourcing: Pins may be sourced from any official Disney release globally, not limited to Disneyland Paris. May include pins from Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disney Stores worldwide, Disney Parks worldwide.

Quality: Open edition pins: Standard Disney production quality. Limited edition pins: As produced by Disney (may include minor production variations).

2.5 Unavailability

If we cannot source a pin for your subscription in a given month, you will be notified via email. We will either:

- Option A: Provide a substitute pin of equal or greater value (with your approval), OR

- Option B: Roll your subscription to the following month at no additional charge, OR

- Option C: Issue a refund for that month's subscription fee within 10 Business Days

3. Open Edition Full Release Subscription

3.1 Overview

This subscription includes all open edition pins released each month at Disneyland Paris as announced on their official monthly pin calendar.

3.2 How It Works

Step 1: Calendar Publication - Disneyland Paris publishes their monthly pin release calendar. We monitor and compile the list.

Step 2: Cost Notification - Within 1-5 days of calendar publication, we email you the total cost for that month (pins + service fee + shipping).

Step 3: Opt-Out Window - You have until the cut-off date to opt out. Cut-off date typically between calendar release and midnight of the month’s first calendar open edition pin release.

Step 4: Automatic Billing - If you do not opt out by cut-off date, payment is automatically charged on billing date.

Step 5: Collection and Shipping - We source all pins during our monthly Disneyland Paris trip. Pins shipped together as one shipment.

3.3 Variable Pricing

Important: This subscription has variable monthly pricing based on number of pins released, individual retail prices, and our service fee.

Price Range Estimate: Typical monthly cost £130-£190 (not guaranteed). Low months can be £80; high months can exceed £200.

3.4 Shipping

Timing: All pins dispatched together at end of month after collection. No incremental shipping throughout the month.

Costs: Standard shipping rates apply unless you have free shipping benefits (Princess or Royal tier mystery subscriptions).

3.5 Unavailability

If one or more pins cannot be sourced due to Disney stock limitations: Partial refund calculated for the unavailable pin(s) based on value allocated in original invoice. Processed within 10 Business Days.

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Automatic Recurring Billing

On your billing date, payment is automatically charged to your saved payment method. Billing continues monthly until you cancel.

4.2 Billing Date

Mystery Subscriptions: Billing date set when you first subscribe and remains the same date each month.

Full Release Subscription: Billing date varies based on Disneyland Paris release calendar; typically 1-5 days after notification.

4.3 Payment Methods

You must have a valid payment method on file (Credit/Debit card via Stripe or PayPal). Update in your account settings before billing date if expired.

4.4 Failed Payments

If payment fails, order will NOT be fulfilled for that month. We are not responsible for holding stock. You can retry payment manually within 48 hours; after that, the subscription for that month is forfeited. We do not automatically retry failed payments.

4.5 Pricing Updates

Mystery Subscriptions: Prices may increase with 30 days' notice via email.

Full Release Subscription: Price varies monthly based on Disney releases.

4.6 Refunds After Payment

Once payment processes, subscriptions are non-refundable unless we cannot source the item or make an error. Subjective disappointment, duplicates (if warned), or change of mind are NOT grounds for refunds.

5. Opt-Out and Cancellation

5.1 Difference Between Opt-Out and Cancellation

Opt-Out (Skip One Month): Skip the next billing cycle but remain subscribed. Must opt out before cut-off date.

Cancellation: Permanently end the subscription. No further billing.

5.2 How to Opt Out (Skip a Month)

Deadline: Must be received before the cut-off date provided in monthly email.

How to Submit: Email only to mailbox@samraspins.co.uk. Subject: "Opt-Out - [Name] - [Tier]".

Confirmation: Opt-outs are ONLY valid once confirmed in writing by us. If no confirmation received within 3 days, please follow up.

Late Opt-Outs: Will NOT be honoured. Payment will proceed as scheduled.

5.3 How to Cancel Subscription

Any Time Cancellation: Submit before next billing date via email to mailbox@samraspins.co.uk.

Effect: No further billing after confirmation. No refunds for partial months.

5.4 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription for payment failures, breach of terms, service discontinuation, or disrespectful behavior. Notice of at least 30 days provided (except for breach of Terms).

6. Delivery and Fulfillment

6.1 Consolidated Monthly Shipping

All subscription items are shipped once per month along with any other orders placed during that month.

6.2 Dispatch Timeline

Items collected from Disneyland Paris during monthly trip. Dispatched within 5 Business Days after collection.

6.3 Delivery Timeframes

UK & International: Up to 60 days from billing date (typically 4 weeks). These are estimates, not guarantees.

6.4 Free Shipping Benefits (Princess/Royal Tiers)

Free UK shipping applies to entire monthly order. International addresses pay standard rates.

6.5 Shipping Risks

See General Terms Section 7 for risk transfer and liability.

7. Consumer Rights (UK/EU Customers)

7.1 Custom Order Exception - No 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Subscription items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period under Regulation 28(1)(b) because they are custom orders sourced specifically for you. You CANNOT cancel or return items simply for change of mind.

7.2 Consumer Returns

If We Send the Wrong Item: Contact within 7 days. We arrange collection/replacement.

If Item Is Faulty: You may choose Replacement (if available) or Refund.

What Counts as Faulty: Manufacturer defects, damage in transit (reported within 48hr), item not matching description.

Not Faulty: Minor production variations, slight color diffs, subjective disappointment.

How to Report: Contact mailbox@samraspins.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

7.3 No Impact on Subscription

Exercising consumer rights for a specific item does not cancel your subscription.

8. Modifications to Subscription Services

8.1 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to change tier features, pricing, or discontinue services.

8.2 Notice of Material Changes: 30 days' advance notice for price increases or significant changes.

8.3 Minor Changes: Notice via email/website for minor tweaks.

8.4 Your Options: If you disagree, you may cancel before changes take effect.

9. Subscription-Specific Liability

9.1 Pin Selection: No refunds for subjective disappointment.

9.2 Duplicates: We aim to avoid them but do not guarantee it. No refunds for duplicates.

9.3 Pin Value: Estimates are approximate.

9.4 Limited Edition Availability: We guarantee a Limited Edition pin for Royal Tier, but specific edition size/type is not guaranteed.

10. Data and Privacy

10.1 Subscription Data: We collect billing info, preferences, and shipping addresses.

10.3 Marketing: Subscribers automatically receive essential service emails (billing, cut-off reminders). General marketing opt-out is available separately.

11. Disputes and Resolution

11.1 Contact First: Contact us at mailbox@samraspins.co.uk before initiating a dispute.

11.2 Chargebacks: Unjustified chargebacks (change of mind, failure to opt-out) may result in immediate account suspension or ban.

11.3 Governing Law: Governed by laws of England and Wales.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Relationship to General Terms: These Subscription Terms supplement General Terms. These take precedence for subscription matters.

12.2 Entire Agreement: Constitutes the entire agreement for subscription services.

12.3 Severability: If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect.
